Someone once said, "knowledge is power, but wisdom is what teaches you how to use it."
Well, I have learned quite a few things over the years I have been on this planet and I wanted to share these things. Searching for the "perfect" title that would make it known that I am aware of the "fool who claims to be wise" scripture in the bible, I realized that even a fool can teach.
Thus, my blog title was born. And like the saying goes, "we are what we eat".
